Fear
You might have heard the saying “Fear is False Evidence Appearing Real”. Well, that is true but we all experience it at some point. The trick is not to let it get the best of you. It does serve a purpose and with negative emotional therapy, we go into all of these emotions and get to the root cause of it to change it to a lasting better feeling thought and state. If you understand where it comes from, it is so much easier to do something about it.
